ftp cannot display Chinese characters correctly

## Describe the bug
When I connect to a ftp server, it display Enlish characters normally but Chinese charater abnormally. I think it's because the encoding, but I don't know how to change it.
### To Reproduce
To reproduce, You should have a ftp server with Chinese charater. Try to connect to it and this bug will occur
