Description

As part of our improving how we handle support, we want to be more active about guiding users to GitHub Discussions. One area we could do this is in the Feedback app itself if we are able to have the user make a distinction between:

- Asking a question/getting support (Discussion)
- Reporting an issue or suggesting a feature (issue)

Research direction

The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the Feedback app's flow for submitting feedback, then determine how users should distinguish support questions from issue or feature reports; done means the intended paths are clearly separated and tested.
