Background tasks are too prominent

Here is how it looks during all the day:

* Valent is a synchronization tool between my phone and my laptop
* Netcloud client to sync my personal cloud
* The screenshot tool is here too as it's hidden when I'm waiting for it to complete

None of these are thing I want to see often (nor close often) It feel like a lot of distraction for me, maybe that should be less in my way all day long 🙂
