Wrong icon shown as open with Chrome apps

### What Happened?

Spotify shows as opened here, it is not (trust me)


It is actually confusing Spotify with a notification window opened by this extension https://jasonsavard.com/Checker-Plus-for-Google-Calendar

Not sure of to reproduce consistently

### Expected Behavior

The correct icon should be used

### OS Version

8.x (Circe)

### Session Type

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

### Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)
