Alias app binaries to shorter names

We could try to do some bash aliases for apps that follow RDNN scheme so that terminal people don't need to type the whole `io.elementary.` everytime they try to launch an elementary app.

I think it would be a good middle ground between managing RDNN and making it simpler to launch those apps in terminal.

This would probably go only as a system config rather than project-based.

Now there are some aliases which we can't do like `code` since there would be conflicts but I think this is rather an exception, not a rule.
