Description
### Problem
The Flatpak Repo here: [Elementary OS flatpak repo](https://flatpak.elementaryos.org/) is missing this code app.
Is this by design? Is there some other way to get the flatpak version?
I'm not on Elementary OS anymore but would still love to use the code app.
(I've tried manually compiling it but ran into issues I don't have time to debug at the moment)
### Proposal
Add this app to the official repo so other distros can add it to their app stores
### Prior Art (Optional)

Research direction
No repository file, test, or entry point is named. Start by checking the linked Elementary OS Flatpak repository and the Code project's packaging or build metadata; done means the app is accepted into the official repository and available through other distros' app stores.
