Description

### What Happened?

Deleted line from middle of ordered list - the remaining lines were not renumbered

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an ordered list
2. Delete a line before the last
3. Note numbers incorrect

### Expected Behavior

The list is renumbered. Admittedly, Github does not do this in the source but the preview is correctly numbered so fixing this may not be that important. It appears that for GitHub at least as long as the source lines start with a number (in any order) the preview is correctly numbered.
