Throwing an error when CalDav cannot get connected to the Calendar

Currently, Maya does not say anything about why the connection with the CalDav has not been successful. In fact, the user has to guess that something went wrong because no event is loaded on it. It should give an "Calendar not reachable" error if, e. g., there is no calendar at the URL specified because the calendar ID was not correctly inserted as may happen with Google.
