Description
## What Happened
All my repeating events consistently don't show on time and are usually shown when I unlock my laptop the next morning
## Expected Behavior
I get the notifications on time and not whenever I login the next day
## Steps to Reproduce
1. set an event with a notification
2. Wait for the time
3. Log in the next day
