Description
## Problem
I'd love to add a calendar subscription of a freely available web calendar to keep track of holidays in Switzerland. Unfortunately I'm not able to do so through the elementary Calendar interface.
The specific calendar I'm trying to add is https://www.webcal.guru/de-CH/kalender_herunterladen?calendar_instance_id=23 (no credentials needed).
## Proposal
Add the possibility to create a "WebCal" using the elementary Calendars "Add New Calendar..." flow.
