Join Action in calendar notification

## Prerequisites
- [x] I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates.

## Feature

When I have a calendar notification with some meeting, I have to open the calendar app, then double click in the event, then copy and paste the meeting link in browser. (Waste of time)

**Describe the solution you'd like**

Calendar events have ```link``` property (Meetings for example), we can add a button ```(Join)``` in notification that open the link to join the meeting.
