Description
## What Happened
In Calendar, newly created events will change to incorrect event times after Repeat option is set.
## Expected Behavior
Event Time (Start/End) should not change when Repeat Option is set.
## Steps to Reproduce
1. Start Calendar, double click on a day to start new event
2. Specify Start and End Times for event
3. Turn "Repeat" ON
4. Click Create Event.
5. Event times will have changed to random times. Particularly, the hour will be an incorrect value.
