Inconsistent syncing with CalDav

Some events created using the calendar app don't get synced with the server while some do.

I don't know if this is a problem with my internet connection or not.

Earlier it took some time to sync the events but all events did sync with the server.

Nowadays, new events are created instantly but they are not synced with server. Is it that the app creating the events offline??
