It should be possible to remove the default Evolution calendars

Currently, these can only be deactivated under "Manage Calendar". And via a workaround in the Evolution Account settings they can even be hidden from being displayed in Calendar. See https://github.com/elementary/calendar/issues/539#issuecomment-646697430

My expectation would be that I could remove all calendars or add new ones at any time. All current calendars should then be visible simultaneously in Calendar and Evolution. When they are disabled, in the disabled state, when they are enabled, in the active state.
