No password prompt with CalDAV sync

When I try to add my CalDAV calendar hosted on my personnal Nextcloud instance, nothing happens. I was awaiting a password prompt at some point but nothing happened :/

I'm pretty sure about the url :
https://{host}:443/nextcloud/remote.php/dav/calendars/{username}/{calendar}/
