ICS files stay in UTC

When importing an ics calendar in the app, the app doesnt convert the UTC timestamp to the computer hour (for example, I'm in France, every events start an hour early on my computer). If I'm not wrong the ICS file has to be in UTC and the soft should adapt to the computer timezone.
