Multiple local calendars do not trigger combobox for events

If you have more than one local calendar but no remote calendars, no choice of calendar is given when creating an event under some circumstances - i.e. if only one of them is active.

If two local custom calendars are active then the combobox appears with "Personal" as the default even if "Personal" is inactive

The combobox appears with "Personal" active and one remote calendar active.

The "Birthdays and Anniversaries" calendar (which is not removable, like "Personal") never appears in the combobox.
