Need a zoom slider on the location page (Create a new event)

In the absence of working pinch-to-zoom controls _or_ a mouse with a scroll wheel _or_ a typed-in location that is recognized, the Location tab is not very useful. A simple zoom slider per Maps default would be a helpful addition to improve that situation.
