128x128 App Icon is horizontally off-center

### What Happened?

The pink line is a circle equal in width and height (r=53px). The border of the actual icon can be seen to be 1px inside the pink line, only on the left minima of the circle, because the base shape has a diameter of 105px. Thus, there is a margin of 12px on the left, and 11px on the right.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open icon in Inkscape
2. Draw a 106px by 106px circle, and center it horizontally on the page and vertically on the icon's base shape

### Expected Behavior

The base shape should have an even radius around the whole circle, and be centered on the page.
