Not 100% sure if this is up to our style sheet or should be patched in Epiphany.
## What Happened
I opened an Incognito window in Epiphany/GNOME Web and it looks almost identical to the regular window, with a little bit of its unique styling visible around the entry in the HeaderBar.
## Expected Behavior
I expected to see some stronger distinction between regular and incognito
## Steps to Reproduce
1. Open Web/Epiphany
2. From the menu, select New Incognito Window
3. Look at the styling
