Description
### Problem
Some people might want to make the menu bigger or smaller, so it would be nice to have this option.
### Proposal
User can resize applications menu by dragging the bottom right corner. It changes the size of menu equivalently to 1 row or column of the app grid (so it always will look good). Column view uses the same size and have the same resizing properties
