Horus: AppCenter fails to update defualt apps and Flatpak OSTree: Error Branch 7.2

### What Happened?

Clean install, terminal update/upgrade competed, rebooted.
AppCentre shows a few apps (file roller, camera, mail, Web etc...) requiring updates but cannot install them returning failed to update dialogue box with error detail "Message recipient disconnected ...(image attached).

Flatpak repair system/user complete with errors showing that:

io.elementary.Platform Branch 7.2 (image attached)
but Synaptic confirm all the failed update versions are version 7.1 (images for capnet-assist and Evince attached)


### Steps to Reproduce

Install OS
Update OS
Try to use App Centre

### Expected Behavior

All apps in app center should update with no errors

Latest release (I have run all updates)
