Sideload hint only shows on zero results

Something brought up in [Nick's recent video](https://youtu.be/NYUIKdIY7Y8) and [on Twitter](https://twitter.com/subhajasu/status/1457009920579018760) is that the Sideload hint text only shows when you have exactly zero results, which is not that common.

We could consider showing the hint at the bottom of all search results, or perhaps when there are less than a certain threshold of results.
