Changelog and Version Inconsistency

### What Happened?

Appcenter to-be-updated and just updated apps don't load new changelogs and versions. They fall back to older version with older changelogs, even after they are updated.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on notification from desktop about "New Updates Available"
2. Wait for like 2 min to load what are new updates in `Installed` tab
3. Click on any new app that needs to be updated
4. See changelogs that are from older version not the new one

### Expected Behavior

Show new version when updating and after updating with newer changelogs

6.x (Odin)

### Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)
