Failed to read commit, No such metadata object

## What Happened
Can not update Steam Flatpak and LibreOffice Flatpak. Installing new and other Flatpaks works fine (tested with new install of Kdenlive).

## Expected Behavior

Updating schould be possible.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. If it is a generic issue: Try installing steam or libreoffice from flathub

### Logs

Trying to update LibreOffice through terminal because AppCenter gives no output:

Trying to reinstall Steam (flatpak install flathub com.valvesoftware.Steam):
