Confirm turning off monetization

I never intentionally clicked the button to disable monetization on Ephemeral, but it looks like it's possible that it happened with a stray click or something since there is zero confirmation. Instead, we should have a confirmation dialog or popover when trying to disable monetization so users don't accidentally lose money.
