Description
When users Report messages, we need the means to get Alerted that Reports happen. I'm not seeing a way to be Alerted of such things, and I'm mostly talking about E-Mail alerts, but other methods would probably be worthwhile too. Can we please have this functionality added? Missing reports means things don't get actioned (abusive reports, for example).
