### Your use case
#### What would you like to do?
I would like to login with my Apple ID on the same device as when I registered.
#### Why would you like to do it?
I would like to find my friends and communities chats.
#### How would you like to achieve it?
I would like to connect with my Apple ID without being interrupted by key backup pop-ups I don't really understand.

# What happened
When I click login with Apple, I log in to my apple account, and then a screen tells me staging.element.io will have access to my account, but I'm not sure what it's going to do. I already granted access to my Apple account when registering with it, why does it need to have access to my account again?
It would be clearer for me if the page told me it can no longer access to my account because I logged off and it needs access again. I would need the same level of information as expected in #12592
When logging in for the second time (after having logged off, because registration had logged me in), I'm being asked to verify this login/my identity by using another login, but I don't have any other login. I find it confusing, and the red button looks like a destructive action so I click on "verify with another login". From there, the spinner spins forever.
It would be clearer for me if I wasn't asked to verify my session with another login when I don't have another login.
