User enables or disables email notifications for one of their associated emails from Element Web or from Element Android (since 1.3.0), but gets no email confirmation to confirm that the action is effective. It could be also a best practice that the confirmation email include a way to cancel the action.
It should improve the user experience regarding this feature.
