Brand guidelines

Having guidelines on how Riot/matrix/etc should be branded when advertising a particular deployment would help a lot.

Some leeway in this would also be nice. For instance, our site design prefers black and white logos where Riot is advertised. Without brand guidelines it's hard to say whether or not what we've done is okay (modified logo below).
