Make properties of `CreateRoomRequest` configurable

Currently, the `CreateRoomRequest` has hardcoded or fixed properties that limit flexibility when creating rooms. This makes it difficult to customize room settings dynamically based on different use cases (e.g., setting max participants, enabling/disabling features, etc.) without modifying the core logic or duplicating code.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I'd like to make the properties of `CreateRoomRequest` configurable through parameters or a configuration file. This would allow to pass in custom values for options like participant limits and any other relevant settings at runtime.
