Please add the possibility to write Mathematics using TeX notation.

There is not easier way to write Mathematics than TeX notation. All Mathematicians are familiar with TeX.

KaTeX is a fast renderer of TeX language for Mathematics and already in use for this reason in element-web (if user enables it from advanced settings)

element-web and element-desktop is the only alternative but do not work well in small screens such as mobile phones. So in a mobile environment currently there is no solution. (element for mobile does not support this feature).
