**Describe the bug**
The GitHub link in the footer of element.io links to https://github.com/vector-im (the old organization).
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Visit [element.io](https://element.io)
2. Scroll all the way down to the footer at the end of the page
3. Click the GitHub octocat icon
4. See that the [resulting page](https://github.com/vector-im) notes: "Vector-im is now element-hq : https://github.com/element-hq"
**Expected behavior**
Should link to the https://github.com/element-hq (the new organization).
