Description
When using the Report a Bug feature there is an option to attach a screenshot. When a screenshot is attached the UI presents the option to _Edit screenshot_ however in reality this just allows you to replace it with a different image.
We should allow a user to edit screenshots (crop, annotate, blackout etc) as the wording in the UI implies.
Version tested: Element X iOS 1.1.0 (214) via Testflight
Device tested: iPhone 12 Mini with iOS 16.3.1
