Custom notif setting should surely tell you what the setting is

### Steps to reproduce

1. Want to turn up the volume on notifs for a room
2. Go to notif settings for the room
3. Select custom setting so you can override it for that room

problem 1: why do you have to select custom from the dropdown? why not select from a set of radiobuttons which range from “Default, Everything, Mentions & Keywords (Default), Muted” or similar, rather than making the user explicitly fiddle with the dropdown first?

4. having selected the new setting, look at the room settings again:


why is it telling me the setting is “custom” rather than telling me what the setting actually is? (“everything” in this case)

Simple ability to override room notifs and be told what you overrided with

An unnecessarily complex UI which makes the user think in terms of “custom” as a distinct explicit override state, rather than implicitly overriding.
