Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. open a room timeline
2. look at the "Message..." placeholder in composer and notice it is offset to the top
3. type some text into the composer and notice it is also offset
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
The text to be properly centered vertically
#### What happened instead?
The text and placeholder are offset a few pixels to the top relative to the composer and the buttons on the sides
