Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Expand some state events (“room changes”)

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

aesthetically pretty, compact, non-jargony timeline entries

#### What happened instead?

the raw mxids get exposed all the time; we don’t collapse ones which relate to the same user together, there are no timestamps so you can’t see what happened when, and the central alignment and wrapping looks ragged and ugly and clashes with the bubbles.

Personally, I’m not sure this is a win from the MELS we have in EW (which i almost never expand, given they summarise well enough)
