Notifications not working

### Steps to reproduce

The newly installed app. Go to the phone settings page. There are several notification channels. Which one is used for the message notifications? Also, why is it that after entering each channel, except for the "Allow Notifications" at the top which is turned on, all the others are turned off, and there is no ringtone either? Setting other ringtones in the app's notifications also had no effect.
