Gif uploads as regular picture for profile picture

Thank you so much for enabling gifs to be properly played on profile pictures after so long! Not sure if this is supposed to be issue or feature request, but when gif is uploaded from phone app, it's just 1st frame, while uploading it with web version of Element shows up as gif.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open my profile picture
2. Upload gif
3. Reopen the app
4. Check my profile picture
