Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Press a decrease or increase volume on a Bluetooth headset during a call (always reproducible)

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

Volume changes

#### What happened instead?

1. I don't hear the call anymore
2. Trying to switch the output device by disconnecting the headset or using the internal Element Call device selector does nothing and I stiil wouldn't hear the call
3. In the Android's volume slider, I don't have the "media/call" separation anymore

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue on an Android device with a Bluetooth headset: change the headset volume during an active call and observe audio output and the media/call volume controls. Done means volume changes without losing call audio, and disconnecting the headset or using the in-app output selector restores or changes audio as expected.
