Add ability to draw / write on images before sending (image annotation)

### Your use case

Issue Description:
Currently, users can only send images as they are. There is no built‑in tool to draw, write, or highlight on an image before sending it. This limits the ability to point out specific details, add notes, or mark up screenshots.

Suggestion / Feature Request:
Please add an image annotation feature that allows users to draw on images before sending them. This should include:

A pen / pencil tool (with adjustable thickness and color)

The ability to write text on the image

A highlighter and maybe an arrow / shape tool

An eraser to remove mistakes

Expected behavior:

User selects an image to send

A preview screen opens with drawing tools on top of the image

User draws, writes, or highlights as needed

User sends the annotated image

This feature exists in apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram. It is very useful for:

Pointing to something in a screenshot

Adding quick notes to a photo

Drawing arrows or circles for clarification

Adding this would greatly improve the usability of image sharing in the software.
