Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce the encrypted-state-event flow between the PC-created room and the second device using app version 26.05.2 on matrix.org, then trace why the second device applies no changes. Done means the room name and encrypted state-event changes are decrypted and applied on the other device.
