Ocassionally `Clear cache` will navigate to the `Add account` screen instead of room list

### Steps to reproduce

Go to developer options, scroll to the bottom and click `Clear cache`

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
The app to navigate to the room list

#### What happened instead?
The app navigates to the `Add account` screen. Upon restart of EXA, the initial sync is kinda broken so another cache clear is required to get the room list into the correct state.
