Composer Input Field and In-reply-to Preview

### Your use case

### 1. When replying, the composer does not expand beyond a couple of lines.

### Suggested improvements:
The "🔒Not encrypted" tag takes up typing space (~2 lines).
Suggestions

- Reduce the padding at the top and/or bottom of the tag.

- Allow the composer to expand ~6-8 lines before scrolling is required.

- When a second line is started, reduce the padding above the first line.

- Enable tapping on the “in reply to” message to navigate directly to that message in the timeline.

- Within the “in reply to” preview, reduce the line spacing of text after the heading.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

Let reply previews sit on top the typing area and start from the leftmost edge of the screen. Similar to Element Classic's "in reply to" box.
*This allows more text to be visible per line so vertical space won't be such an issue.*
