Your key storage is out of sync

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open Element X Android
2. See "Your key storage is out of sync" banner with "X" and "Continue"
3. Click "Continue"
4. Enter recovery key
5. Click "Continue"
6. Dropped back to home screen of Element X with "Your key storage is out of sync" banner

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

Key storage to be in sync, banner gone. Or if there is an error and it didn't work to tell me.

#### What happened instead?

Banner remains saying "Your key storage is out of sync". No errors reported. But an incorrect recovery key does show an error saying, "Incorrect recovery key".
