Incoming Element X calls on Vivo X300 Pro CN only show tiny lock‑screen notification (no Answer/Reject, screen doesn’t wake)

Install Element X for Android from Google Play on a Vivo X300 Pro Chinese variant (OriginOS 6, China ROM) and log in to a Matrix account.In Android/Vivo settings, grant Element X full permissions: notifications (show on lock screen, details visible), display over other apps / floating window, display on lock screen, background pop‑ups, autostart, and set battery to “no restrictions”.With the phone locked and screen off, place an incoming Matrix VoIP call to this account from another device using Element/Element X.Observe that the phone rings, but the screen does not wake and only a small/compact lock‑screen notification without Answer/Reject buttons appears; the call can only be joined after unlocking and manually opening Element X.

### Outcome

When there is an incoming Element X call while the phone is locked, the screen should wake and show a full‑screen incoming call UI (or at least an expanded lock‑screen notification) with clear Answer and Reject buttons, similar to WhatsApp or the system dialer on the same device.Actual outcomeThe phone rings, but the screen stays off and only a small/compact lock‑screen notification appears for Element X, with no Answer or Reject buttons.Even after unlocking, the notification usually stays compact with no call actions; I must open Element X manually to join the call.
