Element Call - video frames layout

### Your use case

I want to replace WhatsApp / Telegram group video calls with Element X. But the group video calls in portrait mode is 100% unusable, actually in landscape mode too, but it better than portrait. In case of Element X is mobile platform, prioritize landscape mode - it's weird.

1. In p2p mode, my camera preview is stacked on right top corner and have no chance to move it somewhere else. My opinion it should be draggable in any mode groups or p2p.
2. Three+ people preview looks terrible, because it try to be landscape, in case, when it portrait. My opinion - the speaker should be on full screen, other in small preview, like in landscape mode.
3. We have a lots of empty space which totally not used. My opinion - all controls should be above the video and hide after a few seconds just not to obscure the video.
4. User can't manually change focus to another person. My opinion - change focus to someone else, manual focus change - it prioritized before speaker auto-switching mode. Click on active speaker is turn this mode off.

I believe, the Jitsi layout looks much better for point of starts to improve this feature. It will be better to explore UI/UX practices from WhatApp / Telegram.

It need to improve UI/UX to users want to use Element X today.
