Password recovery assistent for serverside backups

I want to recover my encryption keys that i lost due to a hardware failure

#### Why would you like to do it?
To read past conversations without errors about missing keys.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
I am quite sure that the password to retrieve and decrypt the serverside backup is inside my list of my password manager , at least a variation of it. I also have a few encrypted backups for element-keys around on my disk.
Therefore i'd like to be able to give the client a list of my personal candidates and have it apply some simple rules and try to retrieve my backup while taking notes which password didn't match so i avoid ratelimits, manual note taking and mistakes.
