I get all the messages twice

### Steps to reproduce

If i am using Element on my pc, I also get every single message on my phone. It does not matter if i have read it or not, I get a ping either way. It is quite inconvenient, because i constantly hear useless messages on my phone. It fills up my screen, and brings me no use. I thought i would report this, because It is unnecessary.

I hope this can be fixed or made a setting where you can disable it. Thank you!
