Element X constantly Syncing and flashing offline warning.

It is loaded and stable.

#### What happened instead?

The loading banner is almost constantly visible on almost any chat and I frequently get an "offline" pop down from the top shifting the header and being incredibly distracting. I am online while this is occurring.

I also see this from the homescreen (chat list) but it is less obvious. Mostly the "offline" bouncing. The actual loading pill seems to appear less often and when it does it seems to actually be loading for a brief period.
